Nero & Acero will not accept cancellations made in any other way than the one mentioned above. Once your Order has been accepted, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure in Clause 9 of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Products not available

Nero & Acero makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information about the Products displayed on the website is always accurate. However, when you place an order, certain Products may be out of stock.

If Nero & Acero is unable to supply you with the Products ordered within 14 days after the date of your Order, Nero & Acero will cancel the Order in part or in full and refund the payment for the Products in the canceled Order.

Your legal rights related to the delivery of defective Products remain unaffected.

6. Prices

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website and confirmed in the automated email that you will receive once you have placed your order. All prices are in dollars and include VAT.

Shipping costs may be applied to the Order as indicated on the website at the time you submit your Order. Shipping costs will depend on the Order, the place of delivery and the required shipping method.

7. Payment

Nero & Acero accepts payments via PayPal and credit card.

If you pay by credit or debit card, you must provide your card details when placing your order. Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your Order at the time you place your Order. Nero & Acero will not accept your Order or provide the Products to you until the issuer of your credit or debit card has authorized payment for the Products ordered. In the event that the issuer refuses to authorize payment, Nero & Acero is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the Products.

8. Delivery

Product orders through the website can be delivered worldwide.

Delivery will be made by UPS. The place of delivery will be the delivery address that you provided in the Order.

Nero & Acero makes reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the delivery time specified on the website, but Nero & Acero cannot guarantee this delivery time. Nero & Acero is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you due to delays in delivery.

Ownership and risk of loss of the Products will pass to you upon delivery.

Nero & Acero will send the Products to the delivery address indicated in your Order Confirmation. However, the documents will only be sent by email to the email address you provided at the time of placing the Order.


9. Withdrawal

If you have received the ordered Products and are not satisfied with any of them or have changed your mind about the purchase after receiving the Order Confirmation, you can exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving any reason and request a refund within the 10 (ten) calendar days from the delivery of the Products, provided that you return them to Nero & Acero in accordance with the procedure indicated in paragraph 11. Please note that as long as the Products remain in your possession, you have the obligation to ensure that the Products are kept safe, secure and in good condition.

Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after Nero & Acero has received the returned Products.


10. Warranty

Nero & Acero offers a two-year warranty on the Products. In the event that a Product is defective, you can exercise your warranty right by notifying us by email and returning the defective Product to Nero & Acero in accordance with the procedure indicated in paragraph 11. If Nero & Acero establishes that the Product is indeed defective, the defective Product will be repaired or replaced.


11. Return / exchange

They can only be returned or exchange unused products, with the exception of defective products under the guarantee of article 10. The shipping costs sent to Nero & Acero are the responsibility of the customer.
